From idea to 100 paying users in six weeks
A solo founder arrived with wireframes for an AI résumé coach. Two weeks later they had a Next.js + Supabase app on Vercel with Stripe live. Six weeks later: 100 paid users.

Challenge
The founder had clear wireframes and a strong target persona (recent grads in tech) but no engineering team. They needed a working product to send to a handful of warm leads inside three weeks, with a Stripe paywall live in time for launch.
Approach
We picked Next.js 15 + Supabase for speed of iteration. NextAuth handled email + Google OAuth on day one. By day 4 the AI résumé generator was wired to OpenAI; by day 7 Stripe Checkout was live for the $19 / month plan. Vercel preview deploys gave the founder a link to share with each warm lead.
Outcome
Live URL on day 10. 100 paying users by week 6, with zero infra incidents in that window. The founder kept the repo and is now adding features themselves with the README we left behind.
